We will be holding Confirmation classes for youth in 5th grade and up during the season of Lent!
The early church used the season of Lent to teach prospective new members to the church about Christianity and would then confirm the “catechumens” on Easter Sunday! We will be doing the same – during Lent, we will be teaching our youth confirmands about the church, fundamental beliefs of Christianity, and then Confirm them as new members of the church on Easter Sunday!
The first Confirmation class will be following the Ash Wednesday Service, then every Sunday morning at 9am through the Lenten season.
